  • 1/2 pound Green beans
  • 1/2 pound Cherry tomato
  • Lettuce leaves
  • 1 Red onion
  • Sauce
  • -3 tablespoons sour cream
  • -1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • -2 teaspoons honey
  • -1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • -chive
  • -salt, black pepper

Directions

    Put the rinsed beans in a large bowl. Wash the lettuce and slice it to have thin strips. Keep it in the fridge while preparing the other ingredients.

    Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, and add them into the bowl. Slice the red onion, add to the bowl.

    Now, prepare the sauce: Stir the soured cream with the balsamic vinegar. Mix together the mustard and the honey; add this final mixture to the soured cream. Cut very thin the chive and put it into the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.

    Add the lettuce leaves to the salad.

    Put the sauce into the bowl and mix well.

    In a serving platter, put the salad, to decorate lay on top chives.
