- 1 bunch broccoli
- 3 celery ribs
- 2 cucumbers
- 3 tomatoes or 12 cherry tomatoes
- 1 large bottle Italian dressing
- 6 radishes
- 10 fresh mushrooms
- 1 medium onion
- 1 green pepper
Directions

1Prepare vegetables for eating.

2Cut cauliflower and broccoli into small flowerets.

3Cut tomatoes in wedges.

4Slice all other vegetables very thin.

5Place vegetables in bowl or pan; cover with Italian dressing.
