Ingredients
- 12 kg maida flour
- 12 kg onion, chopped
- 50 g green chilies, chopped
- salt
- oil (for frying)
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon cumin seed
- 1 kg potato, boiled, peeled & mashed
- 1 lime
- 1 pinch turmeric
Directions

1Sift flour with salt and make soft dough using a little bit of water.

2Set aside for 30 - 40 minutes.

3Heat oil in pan and season with mustard and cumin seeds.

4Also add chopped green chilies and onions.

5Fry them until they turn golden in color.

6Add turmeric, mashed potatoes, salt and fry well for a few minutes.

7Sprinkle some lemon juice, mix well and remove from heat.

8Make small balls from the dough, roll into thin chapati shape.

9Cut the Chapati into two halves with a knife.

10In each half, place the above curry.

11Roll into triangle shape and seal the edges with water.

12Deep-fry in hot oil until they are golden brown in color.

13Serve hot with any chutney.
