- 2 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber, chopped and peeled
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, grated
- 2 envelopes gelatin
- 1 pt. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. cold water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix gelatin and cold water with enough hot water to dissolve. Combine vegetables with salt and pepper; add mayonnaise and gelatin mixture.

2Let set in refrigerator overnight.

3Take out about one (1) hour before using and stir with a fork.
