  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 small onion, slivered
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and well drained
  • 1 c. reduced-fat Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c. toasted walnuts, finely chopped
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed to room temperature

Directions

    Heat oil in a large skillet.

    Add onion and garlic; cook 2 minutes or until tender.

    Stir in broccoli and water; cook, covered, 5 minutes.

    Uncover and cook 1 minute to evaporate liquid.

    Stir in Cheddar cheese, walnuts and Parmesan cheese.

    Let the mixture cool.
