  • 1 cucumber

  • 1 bell pepper
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Combine with softened cream cheese, seasoning and mayonnaise.

    Add more mayonnaise if necessary to make of spreading consistency.

    Refrigerate overnight.
