- 2 cups tomato juice
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup peeled and chopped cucumber
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped scallions
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth, about 3 minutes.
