- 4 potatoes, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 c. cabbage, sliced
- 3 medium carrots, sliced
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 c. corn, frozen
- 1 c. green beans
- 1/2 c. macaroni
- 2 c. tomato juice
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Slice roast into small pieces 1/4-inch thick.

2Cook roast in pressure cooker for 25 minutes; add vegetables to roast.
