Ingredients

  • approximately 1 qt. water
  • ham hock (2) or smoked ham, cut into slices
  • 1 (16 oz.) can Hunt's stewed tomatoes
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans Veg-All mixed vegetables
  • 2 or 3 cut up onions
  • 1 pkg. frozen petite butter beans
  • 1 pkg. frozen Shoepeg corn
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Put ham and water into pot.

    Bring to boil.

    Cook at a slow boil for about 10 minutes.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Simmer at least 30 minutes or longer.
