  • 1 lb. beef cubes
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can corn (undrained)
  • 1 can peas, drained
  • 2 small cans lima beans, drained
  • 2 c. diced potatoes
  • 1 c. sliced carrots
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

    In skillet, fry beef cubes until slightly brown.
