  • 1 lb. lean beef, diced
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 1 1/2 c. green peas
  • 1 c. tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 c. celery, diced
  • 1 c. okra
  • 2 c. kernel corn
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • noodles

Directions

    Bring soup bone, ground beef and 3 quarts water to a boil. Reduce heat.

    Simmer covered 1 1/2 hours.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Simmer covered for 30 minutes.
