  • 8 c. beef stock or water
  • 3 carrots, diced
  • 1 c. fresh string beans
  • 1 turnip, diced
  • 1 parsnip, diced
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 1 c. peas
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Bring stock or water to a boil in large soup kettle.

    Add vegetables, tomato soup and seasoning.

    Reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender.
