- 8 c. beef stock or water
- 3 carrots, diced
- 1 c. fresh string beans
- 1 turnip, diced
- 1 parsnip, diced
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 2 onions, diced
- 1 c. peas
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Bring stock or water to a boil in large soup kettle.

2Add vegetables, tomato soup and seasoning.

3Reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender.

4Serve with crackers.
