  • 2 c. fat-free chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. each bell pepper, celery and onion
  • 1 large potato
  • 1 large can tomatoes
  • 1 (16 oz.) can frozen McKenzies vegetable gumbo mixture
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 packet Equal

Directions

    Put all ingredients into pot and cook 40 to 50 minutes.

    Can be served over rice.

    Can add 1/2 pound shrimp to this.
