Ingredients
- 2 quarts tomatoes-stewed (or 6 cans)
- 1/4 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion
- 1 large potato
- 1 1/2 c large macaroni
- 1/4 c rice
- 1/2 c canned whole kernel corn
- 1/2 c canned green beans
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 Tbsp parsley
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
Directions

1Put canned tomatoes into large cooking pot.

2Add 1 quart water and salt-simmer.

3In small boiler, put rice, macaroni and diced potato and cook until tender-drain.

4In saucepan, saute ground beef and onion in vegetable oil until browned-drain.

5Add all ingredients into cook pot.

6Add corn and green beans and parsley. Simmer until thoroughly blended.

7Serve with cornbread.

8Can be frozen.

9Other vegetables can be added if preferred.
