  • 1 c. meat stock or bouillon cube
  • 1/2 c. mixed vegetables with carrots and peas
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. cabbage, shredded
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 1/4 c. tomato juice
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Prepare vegetables and add to broth.
