  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 stalks celery
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 pkg. frozen okra
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 2 cans tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato paste or sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • dash of rosemary leaves
  • dash of basil
