- 2 cans whole corn
- 2 cans green beans
- 2 cans peas
- 4 c. cubed potatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can corned beef
- salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp. lard
Directions

1Cook potatoes and onions in water until almost done.

2Then add corn, green beans, peas and corned beef.

3Cook until done to taste. Then add 2 tablespoons lard and salt and pepper to taste.

4Let simmer approximately 5 minutes.
