- 1 12 lbs ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups carrots, chopped
- 2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 1 head cabbage, chopped
- 2 potatoes, chopped
- 14 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Sautee ground beef and onion with a little oil.

2When the ground beef is brown and the onion is soft, drain off the grease.

3Add the chicken broth, carrots and tomato sauce.

4Simmer for 45 minute

5Add the chopped cabbage, potatoes, garlic powder, and italian seasoning.

6Add salt and pepper to suit your tastes.

7Simmer until the cabbage is tender.
