- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 medium carrots, sliced thin
- 1 can peas, drained
- 1 c. cooked ham, diced small
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. oleo
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. savory
Directions

1Saute onions in 3 tablespoons oil until clear.

2Add carrots; continue stirring.

3Add oleo; stir.

4When melted, add flour and stir.

5Add water and stir.

6Let cook until carrots seem soft.

7Add peas, ham and spices.

8Cook until hot.

9(Other leftover meats such as roast beef can be used instead of ham.)
