- 2 medium onions, chopped
- small head cauliflower
- 1 c. mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 (20 oz.) bag frozen carrots or 3 c. fresh
- 1 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Saute onions, mushrooms and celery in oil.

2Steam carrots and cauliflower until tender.

3Mash all vegetables or puree in blender.

4Add poultry seasoning.

5Stuff in bird and cook immediately, or cook in casserole at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes. (For a 10 to 12 pound turkey, double the recipe.)
