- 2 tsp. margarine
- 1 c. each: chopped onion and green pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Combine first 3 ingredients in a large saucepan; bring to a boil.
