- 1 (12 oz.) can Shoepeg corn, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can French-style green beans, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 (12 oz.) box Ritz crackers
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- slivered almonds
Directions

1Mix first 8 ingredients; pour into 2-quart shallow casserole dish.

2Combine crackers, butter and almonds.

3Spoon onto top of casserole.

4Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
