  • 2 tablespoons onions sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 pound shrimp, cooked
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons white wine
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon seafood cocktail sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 1/4 cup swiss cheese grated
  • 1 each pie shell (9 inch) unbaked

Directions

    Cook onion in butter over low heat until tender (about 1 to 2 minutes).

    Add shrimp and stir gently for 2 minutes.

    Season with 1/4 teaspoon salt and add wine.

    Simmer for about 1 minute.

    Cool.

    Beat eggs, milk, cocktail sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt and a dash of pepper.

    Gradually add shrimp.
