  • 1 lb. firm tofu, sliced thin or diced
  • 1/2 c. yeast flakes
  • 1/2 c. chives
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • garlic to your taste
  • 1 tsp. peanut oil
  • 1/4 tsp. basil
  • 1 stalk leeks
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne
  • 1 pt. bean sprouts
  • 1/4 tsp. vegie-sal
  • a little lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. sunflower oil

    Combine ingredients in blender until smooth.
