- 4 cups mixed frozen vegetables
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 14 cup flour
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 23 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons fresh sage, chopped
- 4 potatoes, chopped
- 14 cup fat free sour cream
- 12 cup parmesan cheese
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 375.

2Boil veggies just until tender.

3In a small saucepan, melt butter then add the flour and make a paste.

4Then add the vegetable broth, milk and sage.

5Cook until the sauce begins to thicken and add a bit of salt and pepper, to taste.

6Once the sauce is as you like it, pour it over the cooked veggie and set aside.

7Boil the potatoes until soft.

8Drain and mash with sour cream and Parmesan cheese.

9Spread the vegetables in a large baking dish, and spread the potato mixture on top.

10Sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese on top if desired.

11Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until lightly golden.
