- 2 green bell peppers, diced
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 2 yellow squash, sliced
- 1 c. each: frozen pearl onions, carrots and green beans, thawed
- 1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes in juice
- 1/2 c. tomato juice
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 tsp. each thyme and garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Directions

1In saucepot coated with cooking spray, cook peppers, stirring, 10 minutes or until tender.

2Sprinkle with flour and stir in yellow squash; cook 5 minutes.

3Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium and simmer, uncovered, 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
