- 2 (8 oz. each) pkg. refrigerator crescent rolls
- 1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix (original)
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. chopped green onion (optional)
- 1 large grated carrot
- 1/2 c. broccoli (fresh)
- 1/2 c. cauliflower (fresh)
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Unroll crescent rolls on 17 x 11 1/2-inch baking sheet.

3Press to make 2 sheets of dough.

4Bake 10 minutes and cool, side by side.

5Mix dressing mix with softened cream cheese; slowly stir in milk to frosting consistency.

6Spread on roll of dough.

7Sprinkle with onion, carrots, broccoli and cauliflower.

8Sprinkle with cheese on top.

9Chill and cut into small squares.

10Will keep 3 or 4 days in refrigerator.
