Ingredients
- 1 medium red bell pepper
- 1 medium green bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 1/2 to 1 small garlic clove
- 1 large carrot
- 1/2 c. mushrooms
- 1 c. couscous (Moroccan pasta)
- 1 egg
Directions

1Ground bell pepper, onion, garlic, carrot and mushrooms.

2(May chop fine in food processor for best results).

3Cook 1 cup of couscous as directed on box of pasta.

4Add to ground ingredients, then add 1 scrambled egg.

5Mix well.

6Roll out to patties.

7Bake or fry as desired.

8Serve on hamburger buns (cheese optional).

9May use rice instead of couscous.
