- quorn veggie mince
- carrot
- water
- Tomato (Fresh is best for this)
- Garlic Pasta Sauce and most important cheese (mild cheddar is best but any mild cheese is ok )
- garlic leaf.
Directions
-
1*First Cut The Carrot In To Slices Use 3 carrots.

2*then get a blender put the carrots and some water in the blender and turn it in to a mush like mixture(smoothie makers can be used to) .

3*after that put the mush in a cup and put to the side,after this get out 2 tomatoes and slice them and then slice them in to chunks.

4*After this get a frying pan put about 150 ml of veggie mince and put in pan.

5*after this get the garlic sauce and put in with the mince(you can put in as much as you like with this).

6*about 2 mins after doing this put the tomatoes in and stir for about 2 mins.

7*after stirring put in the mushy carrot and stir for about 3 mins after that serve and put one garlic leaf on each to look posh.

8(plus this can be done for non veggie people by just using normal mince)
