  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. mixed vegetables
  • 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 c. cheese, cubed (any kind you like)
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 20 saltine crackers or Ritz crackers

Directions

    Mix all but last two ingredients together well.

    Place in a 2-quart casserole dish.

    Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.

    Melt margarine and mix with crackers.

    Sprinkle on top and bake an additional 15 minutes.
