  • 5 egg whites
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen broccoli spears, thawed
  • 4 tablespoons salsa
  • 4 tablespoons fat free mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon cooking spray

    Mix egg whites until frothy.

    Spray nonstick frying pan with cooking spray.

    Pour eggs into pan.

    Cook until set.

    Add broccoli, 3 TBS salsa, and 3 TBS cheese.

    Allow cheese to melt for 3 minutes.

    Flip omelet onto plate and top with remaining salsa and cheese.
