- 5 egg whites
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen broccoli spears, thawed
- 4 tablespoons salsa
- 4 tablespoons fat free mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon cooking spray
Directions

1Mix egg whites until frothy.

2Spray nonstick frying pan with cooking spray.

3Pour eggs into pan.

4Cook until set.

5Add broccoli, 3 TBS salsa, and 3 TBS cheese.

6Allow cheese to melt for 3 minutes.
