- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 0.5 (1/2 ounce) packetdry ranch dip
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup fresh broccoli, finely chopped
- 1 cup grated carrot
- 12 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 10 (8 inch) flour tortillas (I use Tia Rosa soft taco tortillas)
Directions

1Mix sour cream with the half packet of dry ranch dip.

2Combine with softened cream cheese and mix thoroughly.

3Stir in bacon, broccoli, carrot, and onion.

4Spread mixture onto tortillas, covering the entire tortilla.

5Roll each tortilla tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

6Cut each tortilla into 8 pieces and serve.
