- 2 (8 oz.) cans Pillsbury refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. fresh mushrooms, chopped
- 1 c. chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions
- 1 1/2 c. other chopped vegetables (such as broccoli, cauliflower, green peppers, etc.)
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2Separate dough into 4 long rectangles. Place crosswise in ungreased 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.

3Press over bottom and 1 inch up sides to form crust.

4Seal perforations. Bake at 375° for 14 to 19 minutes or until golden brown.

5Cool completely.
