  • 2 (8 oz.) cans Pillsbury refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 c. fresh mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 c. chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onions
  • 1 1/2 c. other chopped vegetables (such as broccoli, cauliflower, green peppers, etc.)

Directions

    Heat oven to 375°.

    Separate dough into 4 long rectangles. Place crosswise in ungreased 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.

    Press over bottom and 1 inch up sides to form crust.

    Seal perforations. Bake at 375° for 14 to 19 minutes or until golden brown.

    Cool completely.
