- 1 (8 ounce) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 (8 ounce) package light cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups reduced fat sour cream
- 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
- 1 cup shredded carrots
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2Unroll crescent roll dough and lay flat on a baking sheet (do not separate sections).

3Bake in preheated oven for 11 to 13 minutes, until golden brown.

4Remove and allow to cool.

5While crust is baking, mix together cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.

6Stir in dill.

7When crust is cool, spread cream cheese mixture evenly over top and cover with carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, and green pepper.

8Chill approximately 5 minutes, until cream cheese mixture is firm.

9Cut into 4 portions and serve.
