- 12 lb fresh broccoli florets
- 12 lb fresh asparagus tips, and middles
- 1 12 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large garlic clove, crushed and easy chopped
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 18 teaspoon dried coriander
- 13 cup sliced almonds
- 1 12 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

2In a glass baking dish; toss your broccoli and asparagus with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and coriander.

3Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes.

4Remove from oven and pour your almonds into the hot baking dish then pour in the balsamic vinegar.

5Toss to coat the veggies while the liquid sizzles.

6Serve!
