- 4 loin chops
- 1/2 tsp. caraway
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
- dash of garlic powder
- 1 c. water
- 2/3 c. sour cream
Directions

1Trim fat off chops.

2Brown chops in small amount of shortening in 8-inch pan.

3Drain fat.

4Combine onion, caraway, salt, paprika, dill weed, garlic powder and water.

5Add to pan; cover and cook over medium heat for 1 hour until chops are tender.

6Watch the juice!

7It evaporates; add water every so often.

8Transfer chops to warm platter.

9Stir sour cream into juice in pan.

10Heat through.

11Do not boil!

12Spoon over chops.
