- 3 c. cream-style corn
- 6 eggs, well beaten
- 3 Tbsp. grated onion
- 5 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 2/3 c. whipping cream
- 2/3 c. white bread cubes
- 2/3 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 6 drops Tabasco
- pepper
Directions

1Combine eggs, corn, onion, parsley, whipping cream, bread, cheese, Tabasco sauce and pepper in bowl; mix well.

2Spoon into greased 2-quart baking dish.

3Place baking dish in a large pan filled with water reaching 2/3 up side of baking dish.

4Place on rack of oven that's below middle of oven.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

6Reduce temperature to 325°.

7Bake until top cracks open and knife inserted near center comes out clean.
