  • 1 cup cachaca
  • 4 cups chipped ice
  • 8 passion fruits
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

    Place all the ingredients in a tall shaker and pour into 4 (8-ounce) glasses to serve.

    Combine all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.

    Pass through a fine-mesh sieve and place in a small, nonreactive bowl with a lid until ready to use.
