  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 egg yolks, well beaten
  • 1 14 cups milk
  • 12 cup Wesson Oil
  • 3 egg whites, stiffly beaten

Directions

    Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar into mixing bowl then set aside.

    Mix the milk and oil with the well beaten egg yolks.

    Combine the wet mixture into the dry mixture then beat until barely smooth (don't over beat but there should be no lumps).

    Fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites.

    Bake on hot waffle iron.
