  • 2 to 3 lb. cleaned venison
  • 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
  • 1 Brown-in-Bag

Directions

    Cut all skin, membrane and gristle from venison.

    Place in Brown-in-Bag.

    Sprinkle venison with onion soup mix, pepper and red wine vinegar.

    Bake at 350° for approximately 2 hours.
