- 1/2 lb. ground venison (without any added fat)
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 4 c. kidney beans
- 2 c. canned tomatoes
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 3/4 to 1 1/2 c. chili powder according to taste
Directions

1Place oil in frying pan over medium heat and spread so it covers the surface.

2Add ground meat and onion until meat is brown. Stir often to keep meat from sticking.

3Add rest of the ingredients to pan.

4Stir and bring to a boil.

5Cover and simmer slowly for 1 hour.
