- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. venison burger
- 2 (28 oz.) cans whole tomatoes, drained (reserve juice)
- 2 (15 oz.) cans dark red kidney beans
- 1 (15 oz.) can refried beans
- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. hot chili powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 Tbsp. hot sauce
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- cayenne pepper (optional)
Directions

1Brown meat.

2Add tomatoes and refried beans.

3Cook for 20 minutes on medium heat.

4In large, hot frypan, saute peppers, onions and garlic in margarine until tender.

5Add vegetables, beans and spices.

6Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.

7If too thick, add reserved tomato juice.
