- 1 venison heart
- 1 c. red wine
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 peppercorns
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- flour
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Cut heart in half and trim off inedible parts.

2Marinate in a mixture of wine, vinegar, salt, peppercorns, mustard, onion, bay leaves and garlic powder.

3Roll hearts in flour and fry in margarine in a skillet until well done.
