- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 Tbsp. liquid smoke
Directions

1Cut meat into small strips.

2Marinate overnight in the seasoning mixture, stirring several times.

3Drain; pat with paper towel.

4Place meat on shallow pan or on rack or hang by toothpicks.

5Place in oven at 140Β° for several hours until meat is dry.
