  • 6 lbs venison, cut into 1/4 inch strips
  • 1 12 cups soy sauce
  • 1 12 cups Worcestershire sauce
  • 13 cup ketchup
  • 13 cup liquid smoke
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
