- 1 c. seedless raisins
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
- 2 pie shells
Directions

1Put raisins in hot water to cover for 15 minutes.

2Combine eggs, sugar, corn syrup, vanilla, well drained raisins and coconut. Mix all ingredients until well blended. Pour into pie shells and dot lightly with margarine.

3Bake at

4300° for 45 minutes or until lightly browned and firm.

5Stick with fork occasionally while baking.
