- 3 to 4 lb. roast
- 1/2 envelope onion mushroom soup
Directions

1Place roast on a large piece of heavy aluminum foil.

2Sprinkle soup over roast.

3Bring edges of foil together so that it is sealed tightly.

4Place in shallow baking dish and bake 2 to 2 1/2 hours.

5Thicken juice for gravy, if desired.
