  • 4 lb. deer roast
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1/4 c. vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1 lb. can tomatoes

    Season roast with salt.

    Roll in flour and brown in skillet. Add other ingredients.

    Place in crock-pot for 8 to 10 hours on low or in 350° oven for 3 hours.
