  • 2 cups grated zucchini

  • 1 package instant butterscotch pudding mix
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup nuts
