  • 2 slices Onion (1/4 Inch Thick Slices)
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Halved
  • 1 whole Apple, Sliced
  • 2 pieces Bacon, Cooked And Chopped
  • 1/4 cups Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 cups Beef Broth

    Rinse roast under running water and pat dry with a paper towel.

    In a 2 quart crock pot, layer ingredients as follows: onion slices, roast, garlic, apples, bacon.
